At Saymika, we ship worldwide, with a primary focus on the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times (Estimated)

• United States: 5 to 10 business days.
• United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 7 to 14 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Saymika has no control over these charges.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Saymika is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Saymika is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.
